We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing security measures to protect information systems.

Responsibilities:

Implement security measures to protect systems and data from cyber threats.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Develop and maintain incident response plans to address security breaches.
Monitor security alerts and respond to potential threats in real-time.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses.
Implement and manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
Provide training and awareness programs to staff on security best practices and protocols.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure comprehensive security measures.
Manage and oversee third-party security assessments and audits.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
Proficiency in security tools and technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM systems.
Experience with regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
