We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR & Recruitment Manager to join immediately our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human resources management within the software industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership abilities and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates, including technical resources.
Oversee job postings and manage the recruitment pipeline for technical positions.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Management reports and provides decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications:

Proven working experience as an HR Manager.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the software or technology industry.
Any professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) will be given preference.

Working Hours:

On-site position with working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
