Are you a highly skilled and results-oriented Head Of Digital Marketing with expertise in performance marketing? We are seeking a data-driven strategist with proficiency in Facebook, Google Ads, and SEO to lead our digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
Optimize and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility and boost website traffic.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Identify growth opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

Proven expertise in performance marketing with a focus on Facebook, Google Ads, and SEO.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Salary and Benefits:
