Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify suitable projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
- Write compelling and customized proposals that address client needs and project requirements
- Develop strategies to improve proposal success rates and increase project wins
- Analyze client requirements and tailor proposals to showcase relevant skills and experience
- Maintain a high win rate by effectively communicating value propositions and differentiators
- Follow up on submitted proposals and engage with clients to address any queries
- Track and report on proposal performance, including success rates and feedback
