You  will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving revenue growth. This role involves managing account portfolios, maintaining positive client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management

    • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
    • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  2. Account Management

    • Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring profitability and retention.
    • Develop strategic plans for each account to meet client and company goals.
    • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  3. Financial Oversight

    • Monitor account budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
    • Prepare financial reports, invoices, and account forecasts for clients and management.
  4. Coordination and Communication

    • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, and operations) to deliver client requirements.
    • Organize regular meetings with clients to review performance and address concerns.
  5. Market Analysis

    • Stay updated on industry trends and client market conditions.
    • Provide insights and strategies to enhance client offerings.
  6. Reporting and Documentation

    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, account progress, and financial transactions.
    • Present account performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5 years in account management, sales, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and financial tools.
  • Analytical skills to assess account performance and market conditions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
