URSU Beverages is a provider of high-quality beverages, committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts in Islamabad.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Familiarity to handle Distribution network
