We are looking for a skilled PPC Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in running high-performing PPC campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to maximize ROI.
Develop ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for high-performing campaigns.
Optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Implement and manage retargeting/remarketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure ad creatives align with the brand.
Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, Google algorithm changes, and ad policies.
Troubleshoot issues related to ad performance, tracking, and audience targeting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in PPC advertising and campaign management.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization.
Ability to write compelling ad copy and select engaging creatives.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid marketing strategies.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
