As a Call Center Executive at Universal Corporation, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. We’re looking for an energetic and results-oriented individual who excels in managing customer interactions and converting leads into loyal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure high conversion rates.
- Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries effectively.
- Record and track sales activities and customer interactions accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a call center environment.
- Strong sales pipeline management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
