At Ts Brothers, we are seeking a talented and driven Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will harness your programming prowess and understanding of data structures to create high-quality software solutions. As a Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust applications that meet our client's needs and enhance user experiences. Your responsibilities will also include guiding a diverse team of 20 individuals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. With at least 3 years of relevant experience, you will contribute significantly to our exciting projects and help steer the development process from concept through to execution.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
Utilize programming languages and frameworks effectively to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.
Analyze user requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives.
Implement and manage data structures to optimize application performance.
Lead and motivate a team of 20 developers to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high coding standards.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges during the development process.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative practices into project work.
