Job description

  1. Managing daily operations of the company across multi city
  2. Coordination with project management team procurement team installation teams for smooth running of the projects
  3. Direct reporting to the CEO on company operations and coordination with CEO and company employees
  4. Weekly reports on sale targets
  5. Weekly reports on project costings
  6. Managing procurement rates
  7. Coordination with accounts teams on weekly reports for accounts receivable
  8. Weekly reports with accounts team on accounts payable
  9. Monitoring and assisting in HR and recruitment of the company
  10. Monthly forecast for sales and procurement
  11. Coordination with project management teams in planning next week projects
  12. Preparing the required procurement project-specific
  13. Supervision of stock management
  14. Coordination with all company departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and effective running of operations
