We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, efficiently, and courteously.
Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information into the system.
Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

Intermediate or above.
Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
