Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
    • Create sales plans and budgets, and monitor progress towards targets.
    • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  2. Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team.
    • Provide guidance, support, and motivation to the sales staff.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
  3. Client Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Sales Operations:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
    • Manage property listings and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  5. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales analysis.
  6. Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client communications.
    • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
  7. Networking and Business Development:

    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
    • Establish and maintain partnerships with other real estate professionals.
    • Promote the company's brand and services within the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3C years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
