Qualifications:

- Organic Chemistry or a related field (for the Organic Chemistry focus).
- 1-2 years of proven experience in academic writing and research.
- Strong knowledge of statistical software (for the Statistics focus).
- Strong understanding of organic chemistry principles and reactions (for the Organic Chemistry focus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on statistical theories, methodologies, and applications (for the Statistics focus).
- Conduct thorough research on organic chemistry principles and applications (for the Organic Chemistry focus).
- Stay updated on the latest trends in both statistics and organic chemistry.
Content Development:
- Create academic content adhering to industry standards for both Statistics and Organic Chemistry.
- Develop clear explanations of statistical concepts and complex organic chemistry topics.
- Craft assessments, quizzes, and assignments for student evaluation.
Collaboration and Feedback:
- Collaborate with experts for content accuracy and relevance in both areas.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance overall content quality.
Course Improvement:
- Contribute to improving statistical coursework and enhancing organic chemistry curricula.
Integration:
- Work with cross-functional teams, including educators and developers, to integrate content into various educational platforms.
