Check and update Spare Parts Price and Availability.
Parts Issuance to Technicians/ASPs.
Update CRM for Parts Issuance.
Prepare and Record Inward and Outward Gate Pass for Spare Parts.
Send request for addition of parts (that does not exist in CRM)
Coordinate with the Lahore Store Team, Technician/ASPs and CRM analyst for status updatess related to Spare parts.
Shipment tracking of parts dispatched from Lahore.
Source Spare parts from alternate resources that are not available.
Suggest alternate solutions for End of Life (EOL) parts.
Collection of faulty parts from Technicians/ASPs.
Maintain record of faulty spare parts.
Dispatch faulty spare parts to the Lahore Store.
Maintain record of shipments received and dispatched through courier.
Order and Maintain sufficient stock of office stationary.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Stock Taking.
Maintain and Analyze Spare Parts Consumption Data and follow up for stock replenishment from Lahore store.
Report any issues/inappropriateness related to spare parts store.
Any other task as assigned by Management.
