Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct basic market research to support sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
