We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our Project Sales team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate projects to potential buyers, ensuring a smooth and successful sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the real estate projects offered by the company.
- Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients about the projects.
- Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitors to provide clients with informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, focusing on project sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking abilities with a proactive approach to generating leads.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Karachi real estate market is highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
