We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to expand our presence and drive business growth within the corporate sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to work on a partnership basis, with incentives tied directly to the business they generate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Generate Leads: Actively seek new business opportunities within the corporate sector, including property developers, large corporations, and other commercial entities.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and potential clients.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activity to tailor strategies for securing new projects.
  • Business Proposals & Presentations: Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively showcase Zeb Builders' strengths and capabilities.
  • Partnership Development: Identify potential strategic partnerships with corporate clients, real estate agents, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Lead discussions and negotiations with prospective clients to close contracts and secure new business.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, design, and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales and business development targets set by the organization.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates on progress, opportunities, and challenges to senior management. Maintain accurate records of activities, contracts, and communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or related field, preferably within the construction or corporate sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the corporate real estate and construction industries, including trends, project requirements, and client needs.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of generating new business, negotiating high-value contracts, and closing deals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with C-level executives, corporate clients, and industry partners.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and proactively drive business growth.
  • Incentive-Driven: Desire to work in an incentive-based environment, with the opportunity to earn significant rewards for business development achievements.
  • Project Management Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in managing projects or working closely with project teams within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
