Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, including machine operators, assemblers, and quality control personnel.

Quality Control: Ensure that boxing gloves meet quality standards and specifications through regular quality checks and inspections.

Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory levels, and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure materials are available for production.

Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and decrease production costs.

Health and Safety: Promote and enforce a safe working environment, ensuring that all safety regulations and protocols are followed.

Production Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.

Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery and equipment are well-maintained and operational.

Budget Management: Monitor and control production expenses to ensure they align with the budget.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on production performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, quality, and cost.
