We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our company. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our social media presence, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns for maximum engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

Content Creation and Management:

Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, and copy).
Manage content calendars to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand message.
Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce content.

Platform Management:

Manage daily operations of social media platforms.
Schedule and publish posts, ensuring optimal timing for engagement.
Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.

Performance Analysis:

Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversions).
Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Advertising Campaigns:

Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
Optimize budgets and ad performance to maximize ROI.
A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.

Community Engagement:

Build and nurture an active online community by fostering meaningful interactions.
Address customer inquiries and feedback on social platforms.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media strategies with business goals.
Train and mentor junior social media team members as needed.

Crisis Management:

Manage and resolve social media crises promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive brand image in challenging situations.

Requirements:

Experience: experience in social media marketing.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in social media management tools.
Hands-on experience with advertising platforms.
Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platform insights).
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
