Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients familiar with our product.
- Prepare and send emails using the company’s technical platform.
- Follow provided conversation scripts while improvising to meet client needs and address objections.
- Convince clients of the product’s value and close deals.
- Ensure all client details are passed on to the relevant team for contract execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Fluency in English (Hindi is a plus).
- A results-driven mindset and the drive to achieve goals.
