Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for our clients.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, promoting a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Address and resolve employee conflicts and issues in a timely and fair manner.
Foster positive employee relations through regular communication and engagement activities.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance review processes to ensure continuous feedback and development.
Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and provide coaching to employees and managers.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Provide guidance on compensation and benefits-related matters to employees and clients.
HR Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company’s growth and client needs.
Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to management on HR-related activities and trends.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
