Company is seeking a capable candidate for such post who have work and have knowledge on following

Sound Knowledge of labor law and HR best practice
Can handle labor issue.
Development and Implementation of HR Policies under supervision of Manager HR
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll
Handling of employees grievances and acting as a consultant for employees queries regarding SOP’s and policies with the coordination of manager.
Assist to manager for sourcing of candidates by using all available tools
Maintain personal record of employees
Oversee day to day operations of HR Department
Dealing with legal Institutions i.e., EOBI & PESSI
