Answering phone calls
Booking and rescheduling appointments
Managing surgeries and theatre lists
Checking and responding to emails
Uploading documents

Requirements:

Minimum age of 25
Excellent spoken and written English
Exceptional computer literacy
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
High-speed internet connection (please provide upload and download speed details from a speed test)
Reliable power backup for your computer, phone, and modem
A computer less than 3 years old with the ability to connect to the internet via an ethernet cable (phone system reliance)
Minimum 8GB of RAM
2nd monitor/screen
High-quality headset
Outstanding communication skills
