Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a business development role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proven track record in reaching sales targets
- Ability to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, and inspire cooperation among colleagues
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data and use findings to inform strategies
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An understanding of various marketing techniques and how they can be utilized to help achieve business objectives
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
