We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our cab company on weekends. If you have up to 1 year of experience in customer service or call handling and are trained in managing calls efficiently, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls for cab bookings and inquiries.
- Dispatch drivers to customer locations promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
- Work effectively under pressure during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, call handling, or dispatching.
- Trained in call center operations or dispatch systems.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Available to work on weekends only.
