We need a "Digital Marketing Specialist" to join our growing team. The new team member will be responsible for managing the trafficking, delivery, optimizations, and reporting of digital ad campaigns within our group of companies. The candidate will work with the digital marketing and media team members.
Your Job responsibilities will be:
- Developing paid campaign strategies for website conversions and brand awareness
- Defining and setting KPI for achieving targets set by the company
- You will be responsible for planning and executing the campaign across different platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Proactively monitoring and optimizing the ongoing campaigns
- Proactively scaling successful campaigns based on the set targets and KPIs
- Briefing the design team on creative assets for testing new creatives
- Reporting on the campaign performance and sharing recommendations
- Performing A/B test of landing pages and sharing reports and recommendations
- Competitors analysis
- Rolling out new tests across channels to find new opportunities
Your skill sets will include:
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Media planning and buying
- Relevant qualifications/certifications in Marketing or paid media buying
- Understanding of google analytics
- Managed budgets of a minimum 5000 USD per month
- Excellent reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strategic thinker
