We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Agent able to handle sales via cold calling.
The ideal candidate will be able to build up rebuttals and pipelines on their own and be able to work without a predefined script.
The work is US time-zone, so 7 PM to 3 AM
Base salary: 60,/- to 80,/- (depending on candidate experience)
Commission Structure:
1-5 Sales: 5% of the sale
6-15 Sales: 10% of the sale
15-20 Sales: 15% of the sale
Over 25 Sales: All sales up lifted to 15% commission.
Note: People with leadership skills and the ability to step up as leads for the sales team are ideal though not mandatory.
