Female Inbound Customer Service Agent - Remote (work from home)
Only accepting Female Candinates
- Full-Time Position: You will need to work 9 hours a day. Please ensure you can commit to this schedule.
- Shifts: We have morning and afternoon shifts available, and you must be able to work in a rotating shift pattern.
- Day Off: You will have one day off each week, which will not be on the weekend. This can be any day of the week.
- Salary Range: The salary for this position is 35,000 PKR to 40,000 PKR. Overtime may be available if required by the company, but this will be on an as-needed basis. Please apply only if you accept this salary package.
Requirements:
- Own Laptop or Computer: You must have your own device to work on.
- Electricity Backup: Ensure you have a backup source of electricity.
- Strong Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection is a must.
- Fluent English: You need to be fluent in English to communicate effectively with customers.
- Excellent Typing Speed: You should be able to type quickly and accurately.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through our eCommerce chat platform.
- Assist customers via live chat, email, or phone.
- Solve daily order and service issues.
- Provide pre- and post-sales information.
- Communicate with customers and vendors effectively.
- Collaborate with warehousing and purchasing departments for optimal order fulfillment.
