We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our US SPECTRUM AT&T team, experienced Spectrum/ DTV Sales representatives are required for Inbound Spectrum & DTV Campaigns, Xfinity campaign experience would be a bonus. Great Salary. KPI’s Commission & Bonus will Also be offered.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Document customer interactions in the system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Note: Only those candidates apply who have good listening and communication skills in English and are able to work conveniently in night shifts and have already worked in a call center.
