Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Support & Advising:
    • Provide academic and personal counseling to students.

  • Student Records & Administration:
    • Maintain accurate student records and databases.
    • Assist with student registration, enrollment, and graduation processes.
    • Coordinate with other departments on student-related matters.
  • Student Outreach & Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with students through various channels, such as email, newsletters, and social media.
    • Disseminate information about campus events, resources, and opportunities.
    • Conduct student surveys and gather feedback to improve student services.
  • Campus Climate & Inclusion:
    • Promote a positive and inclusive campus environment for all students.
    • Address student concerns related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
    • Collaborate with other departments to create a welcoming and supportive campus community.
