Machine operator

Shan Foods Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in machine operation, demonstrating technical aptitude and exceptional problem-solving skills. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating a range of machinery and ensuring high-quality production standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining safety protocols and maximizing the efficiency of our production lines. This position also requires managing a team of 55 persons, fostering a collaborative work environment while driving productivity and quality at our facility. Your physical stamina and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our operational success and product integrity.
Responsibilities

Operate various machines in the production line, including Sama, Pakona Twins, Scrapper, Sachet, and Kitchen Filling Machines, ensuring optimal performance at all times.
Monitor machine operations to maintain a consistent flow of production while adhering to all quality control measures.
Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to set up machines accurately, ensuring that all parameters are within the prescribed limits.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity, reporting any faults or necessary repairs promptly.
Work closely with the quality control team to identify and resolve any production issues, maintaining the standards of quality and safety across all operations.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment, strictly following safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries among team members.
Train, mentor, and supervise a team of 55 operators, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance and development.
Manage workflow and production schedules, ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently to meet production targets.
Analyze production data and performance metrics, providing insights to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Drive team collaboration, facilitating effective communication between operators to ensure a cohesive and productive working environment.
