:We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to increase traffic, conversions, and brand awareness. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to develop strategies that align with business goals and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage effective Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.).
Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and competitive analysis to develop high-performing ad strategies.
Monitor and optimize campaigns for improved performance, focusing on key metrics like CTR, conversion rate, and CPA.
Manage daily budgets, keyword bids, and audience targeting.
Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve campaign results.
Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track campaign performance and generate insights.
Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and offer actionable recommendations to clients or stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising and Google Ads platform updates.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies and messaging across channels.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Google Ads Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
Certification in Google Ads (preferred).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Experience with other PPC platforms (Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus.
