We are seeking a detail-oriented Listing Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across various online marketplaces. This remote position requires availability during USA working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings across various online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
- Ensure all listings are accurate and comply with platform guidelines.
- Write compelling product descriptions.
- Conduct regular audits of listings.
- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
- Analyze listing performance and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce listing management.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in listing and inventory management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
