As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with various departments to create compelling campaigns that engage our target audience and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manage relationships with external partners, such as media outlets and influencers, to enhance brand visibility.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, product launches, and other company activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2nd Year
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and design software.
