Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance and operation of electrical systems, ensuring they function efficiently and safely.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules for electrical systems to minimize downtime and enhance operational reliability.
Conduct regular inspections every two hours to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
Manage a team of 20 maintenance personnel, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high levels of performance and accountability.
Coordinate and execute electrical engineering projects, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and are completed within deadlines and budgets.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly to prevent disruption in facility operations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all operational activities.
Prepare and manage financial documentation, including generating invoices and tracking costs associated with maintenance activities.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, ensuring documentation is accurate and accessible for audits and compliance checks.
Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related concerns and improve tenant satisfaction.
Implement pest control, fumigation, and cleanliness protocols to maintain high standards for the facility.
Evaluate and improve existing processes related to the management of facility systems to enhance operational efficiency.
