HR Intern

Rozee is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in human resources while refining their skills in a professional setting. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. Although the intern will not be managing a team, they will collaborate closely with HR professionals, contributing to various projects and daily operations. This is a three-month internship, which may lead to a permanent role based on performance, and preference will be given to candidates who have completed their bachelors degree with a specialization in HR or a related field.
Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and facilitating new hire paperwork.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HR best practices.
Help organize and participate in company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Conduct research on HR trends and assist in developing policies and procedures.
Prepare reports and presentations for management, showcasing HR metrics and project outcomes.
Communicate effectively with employees to address inquiries and provide support as needed.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.
