You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that reflect the Roots School System's brand identity, enhance its communications, and support its marketing and promotional efforts. This role requires a highly creative individual with expertise in graphic design, branding, and multimedia content creation tailored to the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation

Design engaging and high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, newsletters, and print materials.
Create and maintain consistent branding across all design projects, adhering to the organization’s style guide.
Develop designs for brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and other promotional materials for events and programs.

2. Social Media and Digital Content

Design creative assets for digital platforms, including social media posts, email marketing, and website graphics.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to produce animations, infographics, and other multimedia content.

3. Branding and Identity Development

Assist in developing and maintaining the visual identity of Roots School System, ensuring consistency across all campuses and communication channels.
Innovate on existing branding to align with modern trends while preserving the organization's core values.

4. Event and Campaign Support

Design promotional materials for events, including annual functions, exhibitions, sports days, and academic fairs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts and bring them to life visually.

5. Collaboration and Coordination

Work closely with the marketing, admissions, and academic departments to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
Provide creative input and suggest improvements for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.

6. Innovation and Trend Adaptation

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Experiment with new styles and techniques to keep the organization’s visuals modern and appealing.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design (experience in the education sector is a plus).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
Experience with web design tools such as Figma or Canva is an advantage.

Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
