Lead and manage cross-functional, multi-disciplinary projects to ensure alignment with business strategies and objectives.
Facilitate the growth and implementation of the 'Business-as-a-Service' model across various operational units.
Develop and streamline internal business processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Act as a liaison in design and construction projects to ensure compliance with established service standards.
Collect and analyze data to develop predictive machine learning models aimed at driving cost reductions and enhancing profitability.
Drive the development and implementation of franchising frameworks and oversee initiatives focused on organizational scalability.
Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and outcomes are optimized.
