Overview:
The IT Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all IT-related activities at the facility managed by RIZ Consulting. This includes managing and maintaining the data server (where applicable), providing IT support to various stakeholders present at the facility, handling IT-related inventory and supplies, and supporting large-scale video conferencing and meetings. The role requires a proactive appraoch to problem-solving and a committment to maintaining the highest standards of IT service delivery in line with customer service standards and the organization's established policies and procedures.

Disaster Recovery Planning:
Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan for the facility’s IT systems.
Test and update the disaster recovery plan regularly to ensure preparedness in an IT emergency.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with other departments within the facility to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate support.
Coordinate with RIZ Consulting’s central IT team to ensure alignment with corporate IT strategies and standards.
Provide regular reports to the Office Manager and Head Office focal person on IT operations, issues, and improvements.
