Main Responsibilities of Program Manager:
- Responsible to lead projects and providing support in the project design, development, planning and budgeting in line with Programme Strategy.
Lead programme integration with one program approach and strengthen the culture of team work for a quick and long lasting impact on the lives of those RDF works with
Conduct periodic monitoring visits to the program and find out gaps, best practices and challenges subsequently advise improvement measures to the project team.
Prepare Reporting Calendar of all the projects and implement in compliance with the donor agreements.
