RemoteDev is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. This role demands a proactive individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while taking the initiative without the need for close supervision. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the technological direction of the company while leading a talented team of five developers. In this position, you will design and maintain applications that are efficient, user-friendly, and scalable. Your contributions will ensure the success of ongoing projects and enhance the future development strategies of RemoteDev.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and browsers.
Collaborate with team members throughout the software development lifecycle, participating in project planning and design discussions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in version control using Git.
Design and integrate RESTful APIs to enhance application functionality and interoperability.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster their growth and adherence to coding standards.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues, effectively deploying updates and patches when necessary.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that can improve project outcomes.
Manage a team of developers, mentoring and guiding them through technical challenges while promoting a collaborative work environment.
Utilize cloud services such as AWS to deploy and manage applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process and enhance deployment efficiency.
Document development processes, code changes, and workflows to maintain clarity in project execution and facilitate knowledge sharing.
