We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to the CEO.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and prioritize the CEO's daily activities, ensuring effective time management.
  • Organize and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Arrange and coordinate external and internal meetings, including board meetings, executive team meetings, and client meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Draft and review emails, reports, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Organize events, conferences, and executive off-sites, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed smoothly.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security of information at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a C-Suite.
  • Proven track record of supporting high-level executives and managing complex schedules.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
