We are looking for a maintenance manager for efficient maintenance of the building. This includes asset management, strategic planning, budgeting etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day to day operations & ensure smooth function of electrical / mechanical, firefighting and vertical transport.
Key Areas:
- Power Generation
- Central Air Conditioning
- Vertical Transport System
- Civil Works / repair & Maintenance
- Regular inspection of all relevant areas
- Communication and reporting
- Must be able to head the maintenance team.
Key Skills:
- Should be able to cope up in a challenging environment.
- Strong problem solving skills and multi-tasking.
