We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team at QS Global. As a leading estimation company, we specialize in providing accurate and reliable estimation services to our clients across various industries. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about sales, customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our estimation services and generate leads.
2. Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and requirements.
3. Provide detailed information about our estimation services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
4. Effectively communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns they may have.
5. Utilize sales techniques to persuade and convince potential clients to schedule appointments or request further information.
6. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and goals.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
9. Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
10. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
6. High level of professionalism and integrity.
7. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
8. Equivalent experience preferred.
