Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand international sales and market presence.
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners globally.
- Manage existing international accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee and analyze sales performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and export regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and accounts) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in export sales.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of international markets and export procedures.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
