- Manage and supervise HR programs and projects as per HR strategy and philosophy to obtain desired impacts.
- Provide HR advice and support to assigned portfolio of internal and assigned external clients as per established strategy.
- Assist in formulating strategic plans & designing/writing manuals/policies/processes/forms for internal and external clients.
- Designing HR Analytics & dashboards for HR functions.
Qualification and Skills:
- BBA/MBA in HR
- 5-10 years of experience
- Relevant experience in consultancy
