We are looking for an Employee Service Executive (ESE)
Job Role and Duties:
- Coordinate & inform the selected candidates about the required documentation and facilitate them in filling out the recruitment packs.
- Compile daily attendance, and maintain leave.
- To ensure completion of EMF gratuity DSR and cheque file promptly.
- Enter information on Newly Hired Staff in People-i.
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree BBA/ MBA in HRM
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS. Excel & Advance Office
- Administrative skills
- Interpersonal Skills
