The individual will be responsible for overseeing minor maintenance work, including tasks related to plumbing, carpentry, fabrication, horticulture, and the supervision of the ground team. Additionally, the role will involve maintaining the health of office furniture, plants, and glasswork to ensure a well-maintained and functional work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in facility maintenance or similar roles.
Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and fabricating tasks.
Familiarity with plant care and horticultural practices.
Ability to supervise a team and ensure tasks are carried out efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to perform minor repairs and assess when professional help is needed.
Good communication skills and presentable.
