• Primarily handling outbound telemarketing and provide excellent customer service.
• Should have good telephone handling skills – responding to incoming email and phone inquires
• To be a part of the Tele sales/Outbound calling team responsible to contact potential customers in order to maximize sales.
• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Establishing new business
• Maintaining accurate records
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Reviewing sales performance
• Negotiating contracts and packages
• Working towards monthly or annual targets. Skills: • Minimum Experience: Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in office administration and sales.
