Job description
To achieve Quality of EPC projects working as per prescribed standards and drawing details.
To Define Quality assurance guidelines and company policy about Quality to each vendor supervisor and their team before execution of work.
Mechanical Installation of Galvanized steel/ Aluminum structure for PV Modules Mounting.
Inspection of working after RFI by vendors
Check and fulfilling Torque requirements in each structure fastener and Anchor, nut bolts.
Inspection and Installation of Walkways for PEB shed or Inverted beams roof, MS structure fabrication for Cable Bridges & Staircase, Cable tray Fabrication & Installation.
Physical inspection of welding fabrication as per AWS standards and specifications.
Inspection of microns over Paintworks and Galvanized MS structure.
Inspection and casting of PCC blocks as per defined aggregate, Curing and testing of PCC blocks samples after defined days to check compressive strength.
Inspection of Electrical AC or DC cables to check Meggering, Continuity and polarity in drum test or after cable laying.
Report of any Malfunction at site to the higher managerial staff.
Make punch list and clear it with or without client representative.
To check the Quality of incoming materials and MTC by following ASTM standard, ASTM A-36, ASTM A240 (for SS 304) ASTM 663T6 (for Aluminum), ISO 898 (for Carbon steel), ASTM 123 (for HDG galvanization)

_To Inspect and test the Quality of Incoming Raw Material and consumable goods
_Prepare compliance and Non_Compliance test/inspection reports of raw material
_Determine quality metrices for all manufacturing process
_Monitoring the entire production cycle and perform regular test to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
_Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions
_Control of Documents and Record Technically
_In-Process Quality assurance and Quality Control
_Monitoring of in process products to ensure whether the quality factors are complying set of standards
_Analyze and Coordinate the resolution of quality
_Review international standards and perform all testing methods and maintain standards of quality for all processes
_Work with internal teams to increase customers satisfaction by improving quality of products
_Anyother task assigned by seniors/Quality Manager
